Native English speaker here! You might want to say too few or too little instead of a few or a little.
Adding that too really stresses you don't have enough. I have "too" few shirts for my vacation. Or you might re-word the sentence completely and say something like
"I don't have enough shirts for my vacation."
However, feel free to use either because most people will understand what you are trying to say if you use the right tone of voice. Hope this helps!
