    Once you create the segmentation, what can you do with it? How do you use this segmentation to focus your model on the particular region of interest?

      Here we are doing the segmentation manually, and then we use these segmentation to create a machine learning model so that this model will do the segmentation for us in the future.
      And for why we do this, it depends to the region, sometimes we detect tumors, sometimes we detect bone fractures…
      These models will help the doctors accelerate their work but doesn’t replace a real doctor.

      @@pycad Sure, what I meant from a technical standpoint is after you export your segmentation (for example as a NIFTI file), how do you incorporate this file into your convolutional neural network. Do you have any videos on how to read in the DICOM and NIFTI files and use the segmentation to train a convolutional neural network?
