I have the same dehydrator. Do you put them in jars for all winter use? I don’t know how dry is dry. Some were a little “sticky” but were so much better tasting. I love taking them on my ski trips for snacks on the mountain. I found a recipe for blackberry plum jam. And plum bread is everyone’s favorite! Thanks for sharing!
You can just re-hydrate them for a while in clean water. Even better simmer them for a while in water and add some spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger to make spiced plums, which are so delicious!

Plum jelly is so delicious and easy to make. I make tonnes and barter it for other jellies, jams and food items that other folks make.
