Not mandatory. I would highly suggest you to do Ielts. some uni will take english language profiency test if u dnt have ielts.

No. Its a branch campus of Ulster uni of Northern Ireland controlled by QAHE
Yes, it is a Public University but the operation is handled by the private entity called QA-Higher Education. The final admission and the CAS are handled by the main Ulster Campus. In a nutshell, QAHE is a service delivery partner where the recruit the staff and manage the facilities.

You don't need to do IELTS if you have a score of English between 60 and above in the 12th Grade however it depends upon the university. But most universities ask for more than 70% in the 12th Grade for Nepalese student. If you are an Indian student, you need 60% in the 12TH Grade but some board need 70%. @@krishnakalauni2042 you cannot. Don't try for bachelors. If you are applying for masters, It's great. Still you have to pay a yearly fee at the beginning. But you can work after a year without worrying
