We need an official revival of Megaman now that Keiji Inafune blew his chance with the dumpster-abortion that was Mighty No. 9. Crapcom will never use this badass design/style for Classic Megaman, but I can dream. Plus, new entries in X could use/abuse his Command Mission art style. Legends 3 could be revived. ZX could get more titles, as could Star Force. We might even see a darker/grittier/more mature Maverick Hunter storyline and maybe even a Maverick vs. Hunters style MMO or story-driven versus shooter.
Yeah, it works well with the song to show Mega Man as an extremely powerful robot that busts others out of tough situations---exactly what he is, the most powerful DLN-series Robot Master in service, fighting against Doctor Albert W. Wily and his army of combat robots.

I'm pretty sure that's X. He has a streak like when Zero Dashes, and X can dash. Also that blast could easily be zero's saber from megaman x3.
Megaman X has a red crystal chip in his helmet. Classic Megaman (Rock) only had the blues. So this is indeed a pic of the original.
