aww thank you for letting me know! I already got a working prototype for the plugin, just need to wrap everything up which I'm kinda procrastinating on :'D
you can do this with mcompare from melda. But it's far from ideal so a better option would be cool (reastream can also do this but it's junky as fuck). However if you do feedback this way you will be limited by buffersize for the minimal feedback rate, which is also far from ideal. Best option is for Daws to do it natively, much like reaper and ableton are doing, where the feedback rate limitation is just the sample block processing of vsts, which is again far from idea but still pretty dope! Anyway having an option better than mcompare, despite being limited, would be super cool to see anyway so yeah please make one if you can haha
definitely want a free option so mcompare is off the table and I agree about reastream being a bit inconsistent in the output? Like my kick lost its transient after 4 iterations for some reason. I can't promise to get lower feedback rates than the ones you mentioned, but so far I still feel really intrigued. Might create this
bitwig has a delay module where you can insert arbitrary effects in its feedback path
I knowww, I want it in FL though 👀
Came here to say this!
niko
This would be cool actually, please do this!
Do it do it do it! The idea of separating the delay in two is great, still loving flvtter and using it on almost every mix btw💪

Thank you! Need to try those!

I think this would be a good idea if you made it simple and "seo friendly" with name like fx feedback looper or something.
Yess! Thought of calling it BridgeDelay, but I'll definitely promote it will if I end up making it!
Instant spongebob vibes
*what* 😂
OHHH because of the bubbly sound hahahah
How would your split plugin implementation handle dry/wet mix?
They would be connected so you can just access some controls like dry/wet from both instances!
