Skiing in Lake Louise Ski Resort, from the very top to the very bottom on March 17th, 2021

1000m vertical elevation drop on mostly blue runs. Lake Louise is one of the best ski resort in Alberta with lots of options for great skiing. Shot on March 17th, 2021 on GoPro 9 with Max Lens mod.

@@CD3MC Yeah the POMA was replaced with a quad chair with the incorporation of the West Bowl into the resort. Much easier to get to the top but it means everything gets hit faster.

I record the run with Strava or some other app, then export it and overlay it in Garmin Virb. Then edit the whole thing in DaVinci Resolve.

Decent video... long run for sure. Probably cut out that third lift at the top you took since you really just cruised a cat track (road) back down to Top Of The World Express. But I get it that you were trying to film the longest run on the mountain. Wide open runs for the most part. Next time try to carve more and make less turns. It will make for a better video.

Want him to bomb the whole damn thing at Mach 20? Snowboard videos can look a lot smoother but being a skier myself I appreciated the video. I don't want a smooth sort of top-to-bottom tour of the ride, it's nice to see what skiing it is actually like on that hill
