Is the tiny piece on the baseplate? If so then you can either use the clear stand itself to push it out or any thin tool to.
@@UnraveledPicturesTM ye on the Constantine figure I have it is on the base plate. Haven’t wanted to push to hard with the stand but can’t use it till I do 🤣
Try using a small screwdriver to push the piece out of the base plate

You can download this free program on your computer called audacity. You can edit your voice and there’s tons of tutorials on TH-cam on it.
