Serve Thanks for this video. It was very informational and concise.
AMAZING video. You're a great explainer and the combination of you talking with the details like "this is more of an offensive approach" with the paying clips helped my understanding a lot of each shot.
@Jimmy09 Just a small tip that I picked up from tennis as a beginner The most basic thing to git gud is to 1. Always run to the ball instead of waiting for the ball to come to you. 2. Always position your racket to a good position before you hit. Seems like common sense but you won't believe how many newbies just stand still and wait for the ball to come.
Thanks for this! I have to do a business statistics project where I have to watch tennis matches and analyze a tennis player's success in using various strokes. As someone who has never really watched tennis, it was helpful getting a visual on what each of the strokes look like!
Man, you weren’t kidding about your form. I suggest taking lessons, even just a few months to see how it goes. The little things like footwork and using your left hand will help you improve a lot.
Lol I never played in college or anything, just for fun mostly. I'm definitely more of a tennis viewer than player, just wanted to make this vid so beginners had some sort of idea what each stroke is.

Superficial explanations. Terrible demonstrations by a clumsy player.
