This episode should have been longer. They could have explained the whole dying thing for people who don’t play the game. I wish they could have shown us the final boss. But this show is for people who have already have knowledge of the games, which is good cuz there’s no filler.

It probably cuts hundreds per frame to make this show so they really had to cut corners

They don't explain it in the game either. You kind of just.. piece it together yourself. You die, you come back older.

This episode was great. I thought the ending was really great with her realizing it's him.

    SPOILERS FOR THE GAME
Kinda weird that one of Sean's men (the guy in bandages and with the staff) was the one who killed Sifu instead of Yang, and Sean killing the protagonist instead of Fajar. He was just one of Yang's accomplices, I guess Sloclap didn't want to spoil too much of the game. Still it's such a shame we didn't get to see his boss fight.

Imagine they animated the sanctuary instead of the club, shit would’ve been cool

I think there was a purpose to that. In actuality, Yang did kill Sifu's father and Fajar did kill the MC, but to the MC, they're all complicit. They all killed his father, and they all killed him. Having the feeling that Sean killed both his dad and him doesn't need to be accurate, cuz the MC feels deep hatred for his role in taking his father's life away and tried to kill him.

They probably had to shorten the story and simplify it for the allotted time they were given to work with. Wish it was longer.
If they were to continue it, maybe it would be that his memory on the death of Sifu was not all there. As in the game he had a detective board trying to find the killers and piece things together. So after defeating Sean he would find out his connection to the others and imagines their part in his death.

The devs know that we who played the game knows what happens next, as for the ones who didn't, you're right, they didn't want to spoil

A just a but of its own version since Fajar originally did it. They Made Shawn do it. And im pretty sure in this run he doesnt make it to Yang on his last life. He still has the Musuem, Ceo Office and the Santctuary to go.
