Itunu city just like every other estate in that locality should be Livable in 1 year or less, all it would take is for Just one person to start building there and people will come in. It'll be a lot faster if the developers decide to have building projects in the estate. That will make land buyers also want to develop on their Land. Thank You Juliet
Lagoon Front Estate is before Epe T Junction and the Epe Link Bridge, Alaro to be Precise. Nothing is happening there now. We hope Development sets in as soon as possible in that end.
Aiyetoro is very strategic but be sure the land is a titled Land. There are so many new Developments springing up in that axis. Do your due diligence and buy safety.

Mojoda is very nice, fit for buy and build but some areas here are still for land banking but relative to Igbonla and Ketu it should develop faster

Isimi from the Company's projection is a 7 years plan, for Lagoon front and Dukia, I can't really say but 3 years is not bad for projection.
