- This is part 1 of 6 sketches and short films directed and starring Shane Meadows and Paddy Considine, basically them having a bit of a laugh.Shane's world was originally found on disc 2 of the 'Once upon a time in the Midlands' DVD.
For some reason its barely mentioned anywhere else. and is not even credited on Internet Movie Database. Contains the short: 'Maccas Men' and Tank's shooting tips.

This makes me wish I knew someone like Shane Meadows when I was growing up as a kid and a young man. This short film encapsulates everything I love so much about his work. Paddy Considine is an tip top actor too.

I have the whole movie, screened on channel 4 some years back, came in from work and just got to the record button in time... Make films from your heart (Shane Meadows said that once) Thanks for posting ;). Need this clip for a young lad who wants to go to college and study film...

It's Landsdowne Road the former Burton Albion FC ground that's since been demolished in favour of the newer Pirelli Stadium across the road.
