rates on banner include the pitty for calculation, is like if you summon 600 you should get 12 epic heroes total early on the pitty or not the total should be 12 or something close. A lot of gacha games use this trick to inflate the %. The rates on the epic recruitment are really better though.
They give us free invites on AFK stages, so they probably shaft us with bullshit rates and all pity so that we would buy atleast the monthly gazette (the epic ones) to boost our account.
I think the banner pops up for A and S tier, but it only does when you click to summon again. With the Hewynn you didn’t try to do another summon so it didn’t pop up. I believe this is why when she was replaced and you went to summon again Niru popped up

Also I'd say my pitty goes in waves, like for standard I'll do like 120 pulls and go hard pitty twice.. but then the next 120 I'll beat pitty 2-3 times and then rinse and repeat. However my epic summons are abysmal but roughly the same thing. For instance within 120 pulls I'd get pitty 4 times, but then the next 120 I'll beat pitty 4-6 times. Oh and I hardly ever get more than 2-3 A Tiers per 10 pull and usually it's just 1.

When the pop-up telling you you have S+ heroes on you wishlist appears, you have a little box somewhere above it and you have to check it to not be reminded again for the day. I am surprised you did not know that already, knowing how many summons videos you did.
The 2,05% clearly includes pity. So at 500 you should get 10,25 total pulls. 8,33 of them are pity. So the odds are you are just beating pity a little under 2 times for 500 pulls. Yeah, the standard banner is no good for S-levels outside pity, and are mostly for getting A-levels.

Hi it was only the esperia bundles both . And the growth pack . A lot of it was from clearing the map and doing 1k afk stages finishing the growth pack too. But it took two months lol
They might add new units or new things to the shop like the star gazer so I want to save the arena tokens for those instead . It’s easier to get summons then it is to get arena tokens star gazer alone took a chunk out of my tokens

Rates have never been good, except for the 10 Carolina I got in a row after getting her M+ )).
I've had to go the full 40 draw pity every single time in stargazer and have never gotten diamonds from it either and I've been playing since launch 🥲

This is the first gacha game where I have gotten at least a few double S Hero pulls :) sorry for the bad luck.
Quick suggestion. Put a checklist on what heroes got how many copies.
