Funny that this popped up today. I am on a search for a client facing portal and platform that deals well with document requests and management. Bettermode isn’t a good fit for me, but if I missed something you have reviewed, please comment.

Great question! Not a native app but could present like a PWA (progressive web app)
Imagine being dinged 199/mo for api webhooks.
That def changes things if you need webhooks or apis for your site for sure!
I would check with bettermode and express your concern or show them your use case if that's a deal breaker.
@@docwilliams I too agree they would probably offer some help to ramp things up. I wonder why they would state such a high entry price though.

Yeah it's interesting I don't have any insights on that but it could depend on the use case and how much that's costing the company.
I could see this being a major expense perhaps on database queries but I really don't know.
