hello po @ 10:54 po I showed where to upload documents, for supporting documents ni sponsor like proof of travel under po siya ng travel documents. PR card po under naman po siya ng Identity & civil status documents.
It’s up to you po kung gusto niyo lagay middle name niyo u can put it sa may given name. Otherwise nilagay lang po namin ung middle name kapag they’re asking for full name as shown in your passport

Anong klaseng error po? Wrong spelling po ba? Baka pwede niyo pa correct sa psa agad if not then yes po affidavit of discrepancy
