Cocona is a fucking monster. She was practically a child and she was already an expert in all areas, she is really one of those geniuses who are born once every 100 years

Find yourself a CEO that cares this much about his trainees, even the ones who ultimately didnt make it

My respect for Simon comes from his admitting when he is wrong and not being afraid to show his inexperience and weaknesses

The best thing about these is what you don’t fully realize till you watch something current of them now… the appreciation is just organically greater and ur immediately invested in not just their music, but their journey. It makes every piece of content that much more satisfying. I like to follow this with hitc’s back to back. Because I feel like that’s the moment they realize we’re really building something…

When Hinata laughs, I'm cackling. When Hinata cries, I'm in shambles.

This is WHY I will Always Stick Up for Simon…he said he was tough so they could become their dream. I love JURIA’s vocals displayed and she understood that she had to become a Dancer 💃🏻 and she did it. Harvey cried when Simon said she could come to him. I feel that he’s not just a mentor but the Strong Male in their lives. COCONA was a Baby Rap Queen 👸🏻 at 13 years old. Thank you both for watching this again…I love seeing it through her fresh eyes. 😘💫✨🐺🙌🏽

Simon really cares about these girls and want them to succeed when they don’t debut in XG, he wants them to debut elsewhere and it just goes to show how he is as a person

this is what i've been saying man jeez, all the mind game stuff, girls voting each other off, emotional manipulation... it was never necessary. there wasn't a whiff of that here and the girls still worked incredibly hard, because they were always incredibly self motivated, because they always knew it was incredibly high stakes and they had to. it's a big relief that Simon does eventually get there, i really hope it sticks. phew! this felt way better

Yeah I don't see it how you do. Team C would have never gone through a transformation if they hadn't gone through what they did. Simon says it's a mental fortitude test. He had to find out if they could handle the pressure. Being an idol is incredibly hard. Even in later episodes he's still tough on the girls. Simon was an idol so he knows what they're going through. I understand your view of things but like I said I disagree.

@@scootdog1329This. This is how this goes. You start with the psychological, and the more difficult not cuz ur a jerk, but because you need to. And when you have the people who met the standards you need then you give them praise and support and soften. There are a lot of factors here as to why that’s the right approach but the most obvious and important one is credibility. People inherently know when they’ve earned praise and when it’s been handed. If you can make someone feel like they earned such it’s 1000 times more effective.
