I came here for HALA HALA. Im so proud of the team B. They killed it. It’s not easy to cover this song. ATEEZ choreos are hard so it’s very difficult to keep the energy and sing live and they did. So proud of them. Congratulations guys.

Hongjoong (ATEEZ leader) saw their HALA HALA performance! He said that they were cool and he's very thankful. I'm so happy for team B😭
They have Sunggyu who fought all his might, have the hard way up and is now one of kpop’s best vocalist. They took JayB and Minzy, both were elite trainees of their former companies (who are also both big 3 companies) as judge. Minzy also owns her own dance academy, while JayB has his own crew that includes the best kpop producers. Basically the best people you can get from Kpop.
What does Elite Trainees mean ?

@@anakindonissa In JYP there are 3 levels of trainees. When JayB entered he basically skipped the first level and went straight to second level. Him and a few others are considered the elite trainee. While Minzy was one of the earliest female trainee in YG and was considered a highly skilled trainee since start. She debuted very early on and is no doubt YG's elite.
@@bumblebee7384 and she also get cast from SM ent and YG ent but she choose YG instead. She also always been in battle dance with their male trainer back before her debut
I think Team A could have shined with a different song choice. I hope somebody doesn’t attack me for this. But Team B made an excellent song choice suited for their voices. I feel like Team A was more of trainees covering a group rather than Team B who looked liked idols making a cover. I hope Donghwa can continue to encourage his members and put more energy into their dance and pour it all out on stage!!! 💗
I was also so happy that ATEEZ was chosen as the group to cover, they really made it to the top :)

Agree! I immediately understood that Team B was covering an Ateez song! They have made their mark for sure! And yes, they already looked like they had debuted! I love both BTS and Ateez but Team A's costumes also played a part, I feel. Of course, they were suitable for the song and performance but it also .....I am both an ARMY and ATINY so please do not attack me.
I've just come across this vid. Yes. exactly. Was the song their own choice? Team A choose the wrong song then. I know they want to put a cool performance with thee BTS track but the hiphop energy and the free spirited vibe wasn't there. even the true message of the song wasn't delivered. Their vocal doesn't suited the song tbh they should go for vocal-based track. still good try tho.
The origin Mic drop has distinctive colour tone of voice. Team A sounded monotone and the vocals are almost the same. while Team B choose a song that goes well with their vocal. They show different colour of vocal which makes them standed out.

Honestly, HONESTLY, as an Atiny I'm really shocked because of how good-- best they are (team b) I wish they debut because just like the judges said they look like they are already a idol group and for team A, those guys did their best too! I'm also shocked by their performance, but the stage presence is a little low than the team B, but they did their best tho! Fighting team a&b!

When I was watching their practice where they were repeating the same move and Junseok was monitoring them, I thought about The Boyz' practice times where Juyeon would monitor the members for synchronisation etc. Also, yes he indeed did a great job with Demon San part!

Hala Hala and Mic Drop are both extremely hard songs which don’t follow the usual Kpop trends. These trainees did such a great job, I’m so amazed by them. Sunggyu is such a nice person and really chooses his words well. 💙

I know how desperately they want to become an idol - SungGyu. Yeah we know that oppa. It's not easy for infinite too at first. Seeing Infinite progress day by day are really worth to Stan you guys. And GOT7 that got JB as leader is amazing too. Their journey even now are more focusing on solo, but they didn't give up. Not to mention 2NE1, one of female group that are the best in vocal too. Their group was really great. Unfortunately disband was the sadness things. Wish all the contestants will give their best, this is only their starting way.

I came here because of judge JayB. I don’t usually enjoy survival shows so I rarely watch them. But this one? Omggg ? I think i’m in love? Compared to girl survival shows this one is FIRE. They performed pretty good knowing that they still are trainees. Team B killed it with their Hala Hala performance. Team A did a good job as well and it’s full of visuals. I’m looking forward for more.

I can't believe I'm seeing sungkyu, minzy and jayb in one screen 🥺 I love how they say things nicely but also give a detailed feedback, especially minzy. Their experience as an idols definitely show while they're judging because they have been through the same or probably even tougher. The JustJerk dancers are also very encouraging it was nice to see them being nervous alongside while the trainees were performing 😂 I love the judges line-up, love how the trainees are very supportive of each other so far. I hope that the editing is maintained this way without feeling the need to evil-edit just to enhance the plot, a good show can be enjoyed without those editing where it can ruin the trainees and the enjoyment of the program. And thank you for not revealing the votes number, it can be kinda discouraging actually.
Both stages are near perfection honestly but I slightly prefer Team B (halahala) more, I feel like they have more stage presence whether individually or as a team. Ofc Team A did amazing too! There's literally no trainees that lacked skills, talent and hardwork here, like not at all. They even seems humble on top of it. Good luck everyone!

@@menchedimaligalig3968 NO group debut without leader. Even Txt, who don't have fix main vocal &/ dancer, have leader. H.o.t, b.a.p, nuest had leaders for almost a decade even, disband nevertheless. Meanwhile, you can lose the leader &still survive in kpop industry.
Jun.k is the oldest, sometimes he acts leader, but in other couple times Nick or Junho does. Most often it's Taec, &he's not JYPE. Actually, theirs isn't leader in normal group does, rather it's "representative"/ spokeperson. Ft Island only 3, so mostly it'll be Hongki. Ikon are closer to 2pm &just rotate between members like 2pm, I believe.
Anyway, it doesn't matter that we have different opinion. Have a good day ✌🏽
I remember Kim Yeonkyu from YG Treasure Box his voice is no joke if you guys watch his clips from Treasure Box. When he sang Stay by Blackpink with Jeongwoo.
He literally got a lots of complements by YG himself. It's very rare or you need to be more talented to get complements from YG. Yeonkyu is such a strong and Unique vocalist and dances very well and has a lots of charm.

Team B were so brave and did well for covering HALA HALA. Also Junseok stood out for me and caught my attention. If I were a trainee and they told me to cover HALA HALA, I will pack my bags and quit lol.

Came here because of Jayb but I'm impressed with the trainees they're all great! Both performances are great and it's really hard to choose the 'worst' because there's none that's why they just choose the one who doesn't reach their full potential... Also, the leaders are so reliable too they did great on leading the group... If I were to choose one group it's B because they can already debut at that state of performance but team A also did great..
Jayb as judge is the ultimate kill for me😁 have been waiting so long for this. Came here for jayb but got to say there are many good ones. Excited to see their growth.

JAYB is really good at giving advice. He has gone through all of this so he knows how things work and how it should be done. He not only focuses on dance and singing but also the chemistry and balance among the group members. This is why GOT7 are still together !!! and I am proud to be an IGOT7
