Erin Lawrence, This is a perfect review. I wasn't going to end up getting this robot regardless but it just gives me that extra pat on the back that I didn't! I currently have the t20 omni and I'd say it's far better than this shark. Thank you, Erin!

I agree with the noise complaint, but you’re mistaken about the mopping. It’s easy to overlook, but the app does mention that it vacuums while mopping. That’s why it lifts the pad but still goes over carpets in that mode; it’s actually vacuuming.

So... competent but noisy. Would programming it to only clean while you are out of the house (for those with a day job) deal with that? I'm assuming that kind of programming is an option, yes? Also, do you think it was too noisy to run at night?

3:23 - yours was 10 minutes? :O mine (a 2820ZE - with the self cleaning base) was about 45 minutes and the carpet detection was about another 75 (!)

Hi Erin, thank you for another balanced review. This device seems to be a bit overpriced to me. BTW, I have a Shark Liftaway vacuum, and it serves me well in my 640 sq ft apartment...RogerC 11/8/24

I have had this unit for one week, and it has had nothing but issues. The app is terrible also. I am returning to Best Buy and just ordered a Euby x10 Pro Omni.
I am not new to vacuming robots, I have had Roombas for years. This is by far my worst experience with a cleaning robot.

More than $1000 for this robot?!? Throughout the video, I thought it would be worth $600 at most, after seeing Narwal (not sure of the name), with its rotating moles.
