SMILE is an amazing band. They really need more recognition. I've listened to them for so many years and I'll never stop. Met them twice and they are awesome men. Love them.

I feel like Smile Empty Soul is on a Mission. To free the Mind's of the Caged, the Beaten, and the Outcast. Then turn us into a tangible yet positive direction.
And with Middle Finger's to the Bullshit, keep your head up, and your mind right.

it's an unreleased song, or something they released under the band name "Heckler's Veto.". Heckler's Veto was the original name and they released an ep called "Smile Empty Soul", which later became their band name.
No they really are from the 70s, I thought my dad and a few other guys were full of it, till the busted out the 8 track
