one thing I learned was: patience, especially after prayer. more often than not I would pray and then poof expect my answer but then God reminded me that His plans are perfect and that His timing is perfect and that sometimes I have to wait for the good thing He has in store for me. :)

I learned to let go of certain people who are not true friends, I’ve learned that I can handle hard things even if it feels like I can’t at times, I learned that thoughts are just thoughts and not to put judgement on them, I learned that I need to practice more self love and patience, I am grateful for your channel I enjoy the content you share of feelings thoughts and what you have learned through your faith thank you looking forward to 2024 content

I will say I just know that whatever comes in my life, such as caring for my wonderful husband of 48 years-watching him lose everything to Parkinson’s-his strength, his ability to walk, his ability to think, losing his brilliant mind, and finally his death-It was not me doing the handling-it was the Lord being in it with me. Even when it’s so incredibly hard to do or understand-God’s peace and love for us prevails. He rescues us. He provides people to help you bear the unbearable. I wish you a beautiful 2024 and so enjoy your videos. So comforting and inspiring.❤
I learned that mental health is as important as physical health. You can’t pour from an empty cup so self care is very important. Another important thing is about toxic people who make you feel drained after you talk to them, we need to keep them at a distance.
In regard to the setback/set up point… what’s for you won’t go by you. If you’re disappointed that something doesn’t go the way you wanted, it wasn’t meant to be the right thing for you! True words to live by 🙂

More words of wisdom from Sam! You look amazing. The Full Armour of God (Ephesians ch.6) is key for us to wear, and the Sword is The Word. We need to speak it aloud over our lives and situations. It is sharper than a 2-edged sword, as the Bible says. We need to learn how to use it properly, along with all of the other items of Armour, for the times we live in. This has become very pronounced this past year of 2023 for me. One of the things I’ve learned I need to become more proficient in, with God’s help of course. Happy New Year!! Edit: spelling
I’m 24 and I literally don’t have anyone I can call a friend. Acquaintances yes but not a friend other than my bf. What does that mean 😅 I’ve tried to make friend but in places that I’ve worked at and it’s a job that’s not taken seriously and it’s just a job and not my career so I’m thinking maybe when I do get my career going I’ll find like minded people? I’m just sad that it’s taking so long to find someone I can call a friend. Sometimes I ask what’s wrong with me
