Some of you guys might be thinking.. how could neighbors be hungry living in the wild like that? I used to think the same thing.. they can live off the land.. so why can’t they? Because they don’t own any land!! Most of them have tiny little lots. The land is all bought up on this planet or owned by the governments. Try planting a crop on someone’s property and see what happens. Just a heads up I know people sometimes get curious about that.

When you mentioned the idea of staying at the farm I started thinking about how I'd like to volunteer internationally but I can't find something that feels right. If you opened the door somehow I'd love to do volunteer work for you at a place like this. I'd like to make a contribution to Murphslife as well as the people of Ecuador but with manpower instead of dollars. Keep inspiring, it's working on me for sure.

The farm itself will generate indirect income for the surrounding area, actually every business set up has a ripple effect in the local area.

It's so lovely seeing Abuela Marcella again! I would love to see abuelita's finished home. I really enjoyed this video. It'd be interesting to learn more about if someone is going to be living with Danilo and his mom to help them learn about farming and to "meet" that person. Also, in the original video with Danilo he was with his nieces or cousins (?) and his mom was helping care for them because their dad left. Where are they now? Are they doing okay?
You asked on IG about things we'd like to watch on YT: The projects you've been doing lately are larger than in the past, building actual businesses beyond street vending. Do you have a support person who can help teach people business skills like budgeting, ordering stock/supplies, payroll, taxes, etc.? I would love to see videos introducing those who help you make everything happen and learning more about them and their roles. I'd also really love update videos on people to see how they're doing in life now after you built them a home or business a year or two ago. It's always nice catching up with people. I know that would be a lot of traveling to do true updates but even just catching up via a video chat if they were gifted cell phones would be fun.

Chickens needed. Produce not only eggs but also much needed manure for the fruit trees. Also please consider looking at Geoff Lawson’s permaculture setup - a wonderful working example of “how to” which may give you other food producing ideas.

I wonder how much the land cost? Was it an ordeal to get it? Glad to hear about the clean water!! And what wildlife exists? Hikers will love this to visit. Murph consider a first aide station for when visitors come and hike get a snake bite or stung or poison vines etc.

I wish we could do the same here in Panama, there is alot of places out of the gob's reach so they have to fend for themselves most of the time, so most people recur to farming just for money

Do you plant Potatoes, Pease, Beans and Lentils ?👍 These are some the main foods the indigenous people eat for their meals. Are you going to plant some of these foods feed the people.? This is very much like walking in the bush in the north island of New Zealand. Rough as guts. But as a farm/tourist spot its got potential alright. Don't forget nut trees like almonds and macadamias - high value $$ and nutritionally. And with the water maybe a fish farm?? Great to see Aaron..
