Pausing half-way through the interview, I was chuckling when Amy mentioned about cooking breakfast for the family... then lunch... then dinner (during the pandemic). Hay naku, welcome to motherhood. I'm a mom in the U.S., wearing many hats: yaya, driver, laundress, maid, tutor -- not to mention that I'm also a wife. My kids are 18 yo & 15 yo now; looking back in the years starting babyhood, hindi ko alam papaano ako nag-survive. Love the memories but don't love the hard work!
As parents we strive hard to give the best life for our children, though we're imperfect and flawed, that type of love and care makes us good parents
