One of the best and most rewarded hadith you'll ever come across:- Aws ibn Aws reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever performs a thorough ritual bath on Friday, proceeds at the earliest to the mosque, sits below the Imam and listens carefully without talking, he will have a reward for each step he took a year’s worth of fasting and praying.” Source: Sunan al-Tirmidhī 496 Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Al-Albani Al-Qaari said in Mirqaat al-Mafaateeh (3/1035): One of the leading scholars said: We have not heard in the teachings of Islam of any saheeh hadith that refers to anything like this reward, meaning: one should make sure to comply with it in in the hope of attaining that reward. End quote. Ibn Hajar al-Haytami said in Tuhfat al-Muhtaaj (2/471): It was said that there is nothing in the Sunnah, in any saheeh report, greater than this reward, so pay attention to it. End quote.
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "How wonderful is the case of a believer; there is good for him in everything and this applies only to a believer. If prosperity attends him, he expresses gratitude to Allah and that is good for him; and if adversity befalls him, he endures it patiently and that is better for him". [Muslim].

Here in malaysia, if we try to advice people not to raise hand during khutbah du’a, or to make quick pray during adzan without waiting to finish, we'll be labelled wahabi right away..
One of my biggest "pet peeves" is Phones in the Masjid! 😪 I leave my phone in the car or at home! Are we worshipping ALLAH or the "Smart Phone"? Every Single Congregational Prayer is interrupted by a cell phone either playing the Athan(how ridiculous is this at the Masjid) or ringing a phone call. PLEASE LEAVE YOU PHONE OUT OF THE MASJID! Can you answer the phone in Sujud? No! So while you are in the masjid, in fact, as you are on you way to the mosque you are considered in the process of praying! Don't miss the blessings of praying by worshipping your phone! I pray ALLAH makes it easy for all of us! Amin! 🕋
In the Masjid where I pray most of them just come and sit and talk in the back..not some but many..they dont pray any Salah..just 2 rakat of Jumma'h and nearly more than half of them just simply walk out after the 2 rakat is over! The Imam walks in the Majid just 15 minutes before the Time of Salah..and most of time he narrate some hadiths which the people have no idea what he is talking about and who are the people in the story(I'm telling you as far as I've heard he never narrated any story of our other prophets(pbuh)..they dont even know who Dajjal is!)...5 minutes for a hadith..5 minutes for khutbah...and 5 minutes for some Invitation pleaded by someone who wanted to invite people in his house for Biryani Party! Yaa Rabb give them some Sense!
