Interesting. In all my pregnancies, I felt my stomach grow and harden right away. I’ve been experiencing that for the past 5 days and I’m about 9-10 DPO now. I’m also constipated or have much slower bowel movements than usual. My period should be arriving within 4-6 days if not pregnant. However, I had a negative pregnancy test yesterday. Even if my period doesn’t come in 4-6 days, we won’t know for sure until at least a week from now. My body is definitely going through something and I hope I haven’t developed a gastronomic-intestinal issue that’s been lingering for days or a sudden imbalance of progesterone.

Honestly, from my point of view - which is in no way medical as I am not qualified! - you should keep going with regular activity and once you have a positive, then you should consider things more. Our womb is amazingly strong and protective and when your body is used to working out then it should be absolutely fine. A friend of mine was still running 5 kilometers a day in her 3rd trimester! We are all ver different and our bodies tell us if they need us to slow down

Honestly, from my point of view - which is in no way medical as I am not qualified! - you should keep going with regular activity and once you have a positive, then you should consider things more. Our womb is amazingly strong and protective and when your body is used to working out then it should be absolutely fine. A friend of mine was still running 5 kilometers a day in her 3rd trimester! Are your periods normally regular? The most reliable test is a blood test to check for pregnancy hormones. Are you able to get one from your doctor?
My periods are regular and only varies by 1 or 2 days
It’s the 18 of this month and pregnancy tests is showing negative but no period yet
And i have never missed my period for a whole month

Hi, congratulations!! Yes it is normal to pee so much because your whole body is changing. Your blood volume is increasing which means your body needs to urinate more to keep your blood clean. Be sure to drink a lot of water...even if it makes you pee even more! Your body needs it
Hi mam, please tell me my period length is 28 days after my period I have some body changes I feel my brest is so big and lite stomach pain and back pain even iam not sleep at night time because of stomach pain and back pain and my stomach feel uncomfortable.
