Love me some Doyle Bramhall II !!!!! And his dad, too!!!! Great players and really nice people. I have met both a number of times and always very fan friendly people.
    RIP Doyle Sr.

The legendary Pino Palladino's son! If you don't know Pino check out his credits (eg wherever I lay my hat), the man is a beast so makes sense that his son is also incredible

I had no idea that was his son, but now that I know that I can hear it in the bass! On a Squire bass at that! hahaha!@@cam-the-bassist

I first laid eyes on you
And then you brought me to my knees
    I'm just a man
    So I'm saying, my babe
It's real, all this could be
I hope, you'll see my babe
    I'll give you something
That will take you far from here
    Be everything you need
Won't have to wait to see
I'm gonna be the man to love you
    Baby, I need you desperately
    Give every piece of me
So I can be the one that loves you
And when we let this love in
    Nothing will break it open
An endless road will take us through
    To something new
I'm gonna be the one loving you
    Be everything you need
Won't have to wait to see
I'm gonna be the man to love you
    Baby, I need you desperately
    Give every piece of me
So I can be the one that loves you
    Loving you comes so naturally
I wanna be all that I can be, yeah
    I'm saying, my babe
It's real, all this could be
I hope, you'll see my babe
    I'll give you something
That will take you far from here
    Be everything you need
Won't have to wait to see
I'm gonna be the man to love you
    Baby, I need you desperately
    Give every piece of me
So I can be the one that loves you
Oh, we could be so right
    I can't escape it
    What can I do
    It's hounding me
I wanna love you day and night
    We gotta make it
Because I know we were meant to be

Hendrix played a right-handed guitar flipped over, but in his case the fat string was on top. Here, Bramhall has the guitar flipped... and the strings are in reverse order. Sort of makes this just a titch more impressive, eh?
