Full review of this Cancun hotel zone resort with spectacular views of the beautiful beach. Rooms have both sunrise / ocean and sunset / lagoon views and are spacious.
This resort is on the smaller side, so the staff will be treating you like family within a day or two of arriving.

I was there last year it was awful . My swim shoes was stolen, my Ocean door room was messed up and kept sticking, and the toilet got stopped up and overflowed and I was gone on a 12 hour excursion so it was not me , then to make it worse, my air conditioner started spilling and leaking water, and it took them hours to come fix it and they had to come back twice because they didn’t do it right the first time and the guy did not speak English . Drinks was watery. The worse experience ever and it was my bday . I’ll never go back . I told myself I wasn’t even coming to Cancun again because of how bad the experience was but I’m gonna give Cancun a try and just go to another resort

Oh no! I’m sorry to hear you had a bad experience there. Our stay was uneventful compared to that.
Loving the new Hyatt Vivid but it is not on the beach. Might be worth checking it out?
