Howdy Preacher - man oh man! I could smell those collard greens cooking. I never had em fried but I’m going to now. That skillet had a ring like an old Griswold. Hope y’all had a good Christmas. We had the kids and grandkids with us. Done a lot of cooking and did a lot of good eating. May the Lord’s face shine on y’all this new year 🙏🏾♥️

Can't say I've had Collard Greens more than once, but yours sure look tasty! I've been doing a lot of roasted veggies lately. Broccoli or cauliflower florets, or cabbage cut into wedges. Didn't know what I've been missing all these years. Thanks for showing us how. Happy New Year!
January 1st I went through my seeds and found I still have a good amount of collard seeds in there. That’s amazing that you can harvest from your greenhouse this time of year. I can’t wait to cook them like this. I’m guessing that was some bacon fat at the start? It’s awesome to see you guys more often. Love it! 🌺
