I searched for him but dont found him:/ i am lv 38 can this be den reason why i dont found him? Or is the level equal?

Maybe someone else found him recently and he hasn't respawned yet. Just keep searching every day and you will eventually find him.

how do u install eq2maps? im using steam

Sorry for the late reply, but I don't know how to install eq2maps, since I don't use Steam. I never had to install it for it to work, for some reason.
You could try asking on the forums.
