    INTJ here. Sounds like both of you struggle with INTJs and INFJs. I have to admit, explaining Introverted Intuition (Ni) is difficult.
    For me, Ni is an imaginary process where I first think & visualize many possible outcomes a situation could evolve to, then picking that 1 "best" option to take action on. The benefit of this Ni process is that I can see further out into the future than most people BUT the downside is overthinking and moving super slowly.
    An analogy would be like comparing a shotgun (Se) to sniper (Ni). The shotgun doesn't require much setup time and can quickly hit many targets at once and but only if they're presently nearby. Whereas the sniper can hit targets far off in the distance but it takes a long time to setup the sniper, establish a sniper's nest, carefully take aim, then fire 1 round at a time.
    Se likes to "Ready, Fire, Fire, Fire, Aim."
    Ni likes to "Ready, Aim, Aim, Aim, Fire."
    This is why INTJs and INFJs constantly look off into the distance or some empty corner before talking again.

    • @ChantelStays
      @ChantelStays 5 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      Cliff Garibay agreed, I think a lot of people struggle with Ni types or even Ti types. It’s a hard introverted function to fully access if you don’t use it regularly

      @@MikaHD : The gun analogy wouldn't work to explain Ne. Sorry. Ne is way more chaotic & random than Se. Try to imagine a powerful shape-shifting gun that can hit targets near and far but constantly gets jammed due to procrastination or shiny-object syndrome. Se is about "living fully in the present moment" whereas Ne is about "exploring all infinite possibilities".

    INTJ here. We feel, we feel deeply. Actually, we feel more deep than others know. We just don’t share it with just anyone. We are the type that when we fully trust someone, we show them our vulnerable and emotional side. We give them our full trust. We are just selective in who we let our guards down with. We view people as broken calculators.

      Y'all open up to me easily. But I still get friendzoned. .... ☹️ -ENFP girl, forever turned on by INTJ and confused by why INTJ keeps coming back for more. ) Actually of I'm being honest, I'm friendzoned and then friends with benefit-zoned, and then somehow best friendzoned. I am amazed at the INTJs ability to have sex with me, open up to me, consider me their best friend, and then compartmentalize all of that. But like I can't fall for other types. There's something so hot about the INTJ indifference and asexual vibes. That being said, they don't want to date anyone.

    • @kyurei4478
      @kyurei4478 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I'm INFJ and with INTJs we have a particular connection, the very unique introverted intuition connection that is so precious to us. It frustrates me when I discuss with them cause I can clearly see they're more enthusiastic than they are with most people because of their body language. I can clearly feel there are deep feelings inside but they won't share it with me. I just want them to know that INFJs will be the last person to judge them. Sharing their feelings with me would help me to deeply connect on my side cause I can talk about interesting ideas on the universe so long before I get tired without emotional discussion on it as well but just facts.

      My oldest daughter is an INTJ. I have this photo of her, taken when she was in 5th grade, maybe 6th, of her playing in this large sprinkler area. We were at an amusement park in Arlington, Texas during summer vacation. It was just this large cement or concrete area with a bunch of circular fountains or sprinklers that kids were standing on to cool off and have fun. I imagine it looked kinda like a twister mat from above. Oh, are those called splash pads or parks or something?
      Anyway. It's the only pic I've ever captured of her completely relaxed, and unselfconscious, truly enthralled by the physical experience and sensation. At that moment, she was completely present, and not stuck in her head. Her expression, the unadulterated joy on her face, a real smile ~ one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. And it's the only time it's ever been captured in a photo. I loved seeing her let go and just experience the Se. I was eventually able to determine it was the water that enthralled her, and went out of my way to take the kids to the beach as often as I could. My favorite was only about a half hour drive. And we went camping at the beach too. Which I love, but is a lot of work with kids, and their father preferred what I think people call glamping now? Which is also a lot of work. I'm not a fan of work in my downtime. But it was worth it to see her relax, and breathe, and just be. Human being as opposed to human doing.
      She is now a grown woman, and stores her camping gear in her vehicle at all times. Always ready for an impromptu trip into nature.

    ENFP HERE! :D and yes, we do live on a different planet. The thing about us is that we are highly misunderstood. You have to understand that the brain of an ENFP is *CONSTANTLY* going. We're often described as scatterbrained (which we are), childish and overly-excited, but it's because we thrive on high levels of creativity. We literally have entire worlds imagined in our heads, and even if they don't exist in reality, they are very real to us. This is why we have such a hard time concentrating on mundane things of everyday life. I mean, it's kind of hard to concentrate on daily "responsibilities" (i.e. paying bills) when you have an entire world existing in your brain and you're just itching to tell somebody about it.
    I'm an author who has two published science fiction/fantasy novels (currently working on a third). I'm also a musician, artist and graphic designer. When your brain is always coming up with new ideas, possibilities and scenarios, it's hard to stay on a planet as normal as planet Earth :) hope this helps clear some things up! Let me know if you have any other questions about being an ENFP :)

    I'm INTJ and my best friend is ESTP. We bond really well because we both always speak our minds without bullshit. We misunderstand each-other ALL the time but the thing is, we know we misunderstand each-other. Sometimes we fight and its REALLY nasty and the day after it's just forgotten (after some apologies). It's a real good learning experience. She have almost forced me to become good at communicating with people and she ground me when Im overanalysing things, which I do all the time. It's almost like meditating speaking with her. And on her end I can make her see things from tons of other directions that she never would have thought of. We both value freedom and independence very high and I think that is where we are most alike.

    Yes we INFPs have way high moral compass that i struggle with everyone not being upto the expectations i put them in my mind. Behind our cuteness, there is lot of sadness. We worry for problems not belonging to us. We forget to take care of us sometimes and be hard on ourselves.

    What you said about INFPs is very flattering... like you could not really flatter me more. That's the aesthetic I live for (unless I'm feeling sad or flippant and disinterested), but we are more than just magical and adorable squishes and we also like to be taken seriously sometimes. Please don't feel like we're judging you... we are perceivers after all! Even if I did see something negative you said or did, I wouldn't let that stop me from seeing the best in you too! It's not like INFPs are perfect moralistic beings. If anything, we just have strong personal opinions which makes us picky, stubborn, and sometimes pretentious. But shhhhh, don't tell anyone... we're ~magical! 😻🌺💖🌸

    Hey, what are you talking about - INTJ married to ESTP for 20 years. We get along really well and both appreciate each other's bluntness, humor, and logical reasoning. He makes me socialise and I make him think before he acts (if he hasn't already raced out the door). Also independence - we're both not gushy and we're both really happy to go off and do our own thing then spend time together later. Downside for me is that he refuses to hear about my theories, ideas and future plans but I find his conversation about the technical components of his bike etc entirely boring - so even stevens. He will argue with me about which one of us will survive a zombie apocalypse - fun times.

    Yep, you'll totally find yourself in an apparent blackout when you're around an INTJ, we don't show emotion at all, and if it happens that we feel something we're totally overwhelmed by it and we enter into a blackout phase to process that emotion with logic, which obviously can't work. It doesn't mean we don't feel, but we hold those feelings from going out. You can get a cool conversation with us but imagine yourself speaking with a poker face. I admit it will be hard and often people think we just don't like them while its not true.
    I can make jokes and say funny things with a straight poker face, people may be laughing and I'll be like cold inexpressive

And maybe we seem like we are trying to remind you what moral code you need to fallow. But that's because we are scared yalls charm will break our convictions. No pressure. You’re doing a great job with your videos, keep it up!!!
      I’ve tested as an ISFP and my daughters always tell me I laugh a lot, and I do love to paint. I’m going to list off some ISFPish ways about me to help you compare it to what you know.
      I don’t know if you’re familiar with the Enneagram, but for most of my life I have been a 4w3 (individualist with achiever wing) but recently my highest Enneagram scores were 5 (need for knowledge) and 2 (need to help). I started homeschooling my girls 3 years ago, so it kind of makes sense. But on MBTI tests, still ISFP.
      For a moment or two, I will happily be a soft shoulder to cry on, but not for too long. I love to be supportive in practical ways. I will try to give you any insight I have and am happy to research whatever you need to find a solution, that’s how I help.
      Most of my life, people have told me I come off aloof. I have worked on this and learned much from my ESFJ sister. I have unintentionally hurt her more times than I can count, and it’s always because she thinks I don’t care about her. It’s not true at all, but apparently I’ve just been horrible at showing my love and appreciation for her. Thankfully, as of lately she says I’m getting better at showing my love and appreciation. Like most ESFJ’s she’s very sentimental and I am not sentimental. I live very much in the present and peer mostly into the future when necessary. She loves to talk about the past, I don’t voluntarily talk about the past, it’s just not my thing. She has always referred to me as being “cold” because of all of these things, however most of my friends and acquaintances seem to like me and these same things are not an issue with them.
      I love to hike, camp, sew, paint, self analyze, analyze everyone!, listen to audio books, and help people see the big picture. I am goal oriented and love to work on projects by myself. I am a hardcore introvert, but in social situations no one would ever guess that! One more thing- “I’m bored” is not something you’ll ever hear me say! I’ve always got projects to work on.
      Thanks for listening 👂 😀

      @livingdiystyle 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Love Lu oh noooo!!!! I hate when that happens, so very irritating.
      Hmmm... let’s see, what else can I add?
      Well, I think you’re familiar with C.S Joseph’s videos, right? He says the ISFP blind spot is NE. Most of my life I have been extremely gullible, that’s a fact, lol! I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, unless they give me reason to distrust them. However, when it comes to my girls I don’t trust hardly anyone. And I am extremely cautious when I hike alone to only hike when other people are around. My mom is ISFJ and drilled these things into me in my youth. At 44 now, I’m really not that gullible anymore.
      I have struggled to be organized my whole life. I enjoy a clean home, but man... when I am excited about working on a project, the house goes to pot! I have a problem with being the slow and steady type, I tend to work in energy spikes in whatever direction it takes me. Unfortunately, I don’t happen to my day, my day happens to me on most days, lol. Setting a good example in cleanliness for my girls is important to me because I know it will affect their future, so work hard to fight against my tendencies, but it’s not easy!
      I am married to an ENTP and we are going on 22 years. We very much live an artist life. He makes a living as a bronze sculptor and we move around more than most. Most women would not put up with the instability of our life, but I have always been extremely adaptable and I think that’s why it works for me, I’m not bitter about it. We have helped balance each other out over the years. He still makes ridiculous jokes when I am on the edge of a breakdown, but after I let him know how irritating that is, he’ll give me a hug, lol 😂. And occasionally I will join him for a sci-Fi movie, which is huge for me because I’d honestly rather go to the dentist than watch sci-Fi!
      I guess the only other thing I can think of is that I am very into natural medicine. I research natural treatments for anything that has come up (other than major stuff, like breaking a leg or something). For about 8 years we lived in a very remote part of AZ, and I became the crunchiest mama you ever did see! I had chickens and ducks, I milled wheat berries into sifted wheat, made fresh bread daily, fermented everything you can think of, and had a good sized garden. I dreamed of milking adorable little Nigerian hosts... until I found out my family hated the taste of goats milk. 🐐 I definitely value self sufficiency. Nothing new to you I’m sure, growing up Amish and all!
      Hope this extra info helps! There’s a shortage of ISFP info out there. I seem to be a rare breed of ISFP in some ways, especially my interest in personality stuff. I’m kind of obsessed!

I'll leave a comment and let you know when he's it's done. P.S. - Since I left this original message, I'm almost convinced I'm either an INFP or ISFP with "jumper NI". DaveSuperPowers takes about jumping. I almost wonder if you are jumping as well, as in Se, Fe, Ti, Ni? I think it's seriously possible, although I don’t think Chase agrees with Dave's theory, so it would probably be a pointless argument with him. And it seems that Dave is not open to shadow functions etc, so there’s that! When I put both theories together, it makes a lot more sense. @Love Lu

    This is the most fascinating thing to see in the universe. I really appreciate your perspectives (it's not something I would have imagined I'd appreciate, coming from the Way Too Serious side). You two seem to be very on point about *seeing* people. Even the confusion is 'on point'. There are people that sort of 'ought' to be confusing, and hearing from you two is clearing the cobwebs of my brain a bit much (the overthinking).
    I had never known what (some, I guess) ESTPs are really like, but it's even further fascinating to see how they see the other types. It's like my blind spot; I had no idea who they were. It's hilarious that the 'free' way you think about life... I have known some people view the world this way and I *want* to get into that space but it's so hard. I need to learn from this so badly (my family certainly would think so, although they'd never want me to be reckless).

    Honestly I loved this video, I’m amazed that two ESTPs somehow cared enough to get involved in this sort of thing, although your usage of “interesting” is evidence of that Ti. I really appreciated the video, I’ll have to check your other stuff.
    I’m an INFJ and to answer your question, as I’ve been best friends with an ESTP and even dated that ESTP, the issue, it’s only ever one, I have with them is they keep getting hurt and it’s almost as if they purposely do it. When you said, “It’s like I have the answers to all their problems” quite literally something reverberated through me, and.... maybe, just maybe, if that one thing that hurt you... hurt you a month ago.... and a year ago..... if that job, or person, has consistently upset you regardless of Se circumstances, then maybe stop living day by day with that “who knows” attitude and recognize the pattern so I can do my INFJ thing and help you realize how YOU’RE THE MOST AMAZING PERSON IN THE WORLD.

    • @Magicalpow1
      @Magicalpow1 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Love Lu Dang it. Looking back over my words I really wasn’t clear at all, but you’re right I never even mentioned my actual point...... I really thought I had gotten better about that, I mean I’m at work, but still haha
      But yes, that was what I was inferring. However, I will say that while my 8 years with that ESTP has given me a great deal of understanding of the type, ultimately no - I do not have the answers for an ESTP. I mean, I would be happy to make snide remarks about them all day long with my understandings, I would message her right now with them all if she wasn’t at yet another concert for a band that she believed to be universally the best - I knew I had one in me - but after reading through Jung my answer is no. It is concerning to me that the two ESTPs I know would squander their money away in the moment only to regret it later(at times not out loud, they’ll of course acknowledge it if one addresses it, but when I would drop by and they’re eating one Chinese takeout for all 3 meals there would always be a sort of melancholic vibe to them), caused by that “high of the moment” as they described it to me, stay at jobs that don’t appreciate their work ethic and continually strings them along with vague promises- really all things that Ni might address, but my answer is still no. The uhh prophet of sorts for the ESTP would be the ISFJ. As Jung describes it, the 5th function would be the enemy since it’s the opposite of the dominant and everything serves the dominant, it’s not the “inferior” function; Ni could only ever help Se by providing more insight into their sensation towards the object, enhancing it, as I imagine Typology has offered you. An ESTP’s resistance to structure is Si, which the ISFJ would help cool off(since ultimately it’s that structure that gives Se any meaning) and then the ESTP would be more comfortable performing Ni themselves- the one who is best fit for another is the one who brings out the best in that other. Whenever I’m around ENTPs they get a lot calmer, and I’m the one who picks up the pace and wants to go and do things; it’s not a complete switch, but I think you get my point. While we may not see eye to eye on this, I will say that I appreciate the reaction in the video when it came to ISFJs because I was like, “Yeaaaah there it is.”

    • @claudiaele4435
      @claudiaele4435 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      True we are getting hurt. That's because our relationships work like a yoyo: I want really bad to be close, hold hands, do cool stuff together, but when the relationship is getting more and more serious I don't want it anymore. Because that's when I start feeling the burden of a real relationship that comes with bunch of rules and social expectations that feel like way to much that I can deal with. That's why, without thinking I naturally pick someone who is scared of relationships as well, so that keeps me safe. (I mean don't confuse being committed with a full devotion of traditional marriage , because I am committed and loyal and I personally won't waste my time on a male whore loser, I'm just scared that I have to suddenly quit my life and sacrifice it to serve the family). So getting back to our topic, if ESTP is choosing people who are somewhat loyal but also somewhat scared of relationships than it's hard for it to actually create a relationship and majority of them fail. I actually had to go over my comfort zone and allow my INTJ to fall in love with me and then not to run for my life scared. I just still straggle a bit because we all have options out there but he is super handsome, smart, reliable and fun so my brain says he is a good choice, and I will stick with it.

    ISFJ here: I completely agree with what you guys said. I'm always told I'm predictable and the stereotype is we are boring. The thing with the rules, at least for me and other enneagram 6s, is rules are security for us. If I have rules and know exactly what needs to be done or how to act in a certain situation, I don't feel so awkward and feel like I can really be myself and be part of what's going on. It's true I find ESTPs, like yourselves, very fun to be around because when I hang out with people who don't necessarily care about the rules, I feel more free to just be, have fun, and live life without feeling like I have to act a certain way. Hope that makes sense and gives a little more insight into ISFJ. We're not as boring as we sound. :)

I do agree that it's difficult to fully click with each other. I've seen a few ESTPs and INTJs say this as well. And I think that Billie's an ISFP too. I figured she was somewhere on the Se/Ni Te/Fi axis, but couldn't discern between INTJ and ISFP until I noticed how much she moved while talking (Perceiving-type thing). One to thing to consider about using family members as a baseline for MBTI type - family members have long standing histories with each other other - including triggers. Those triggers may not be present in dealing with non family members of a particular type. So, you may be getting a tainted paintbrush if you rely too heavily on typing within family to create your opinions. That said Lu, I'm glad you've looked farther and been connecting with INFJs out there. I think that's healthy for you and will give you a more rounded opinion. Cheers. (INFJ)

    Me (INFJ): "BUT YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT MY INTUITION IS TELLING ME."
    That said, I've also gotten some advice that has influenced my personal growth incredibly from someone whom I believe is an ESTP. I'd say half the time what ESTPs tell me applies to me and half the time I need to disregard it because my Ni tells me otherwise. I definitely feel a draw to the ESTP, though. I think it's so grounding to spend time with someone who's my complete opposite.

    I don't think I have met any other ISTJs, but I don't think I'm as boring as the 2 people you described, but you're right I LOVE ESTPs my favourite type by far, they bring excitement into my life. I like to try to not be boring by doing fun things like play guitar in a band, and allow Se users like yourself to take me along on fun experiences, I crave those experiences. Also I think why ISTJs understand you so much is because we need direct communicators as we can't read between the lines, and because we suck with empathy, people with a fairly low awareness of their own feelings. But man, hearing how the type I'm supposed to match with the most thinks I'm boring, that hurts hah. Also you girls are gorgeous! :)

      I said I’m not sure if I know any, but I’m about 65% sure that my 5 yr relationship was ISTJ (possibly ESTJ). It was a really easy relationship. Ended because I became squirrely, mostly due to a complete lack of emotional connection. We did have fun, and we were with friends all the time, but he was super... ummm, slow, to participate in any new activities, which is what makes me feel the most alive.
      Anyway, moral of the story is... when you meet the ESTP love of your life, say yes to new things as much as you can, and focus on finding emotional common ground, we just avoided it like the plague and that’s what killed us in the end. But still think he’s great, would have his back if he ever needed me to.

    2:30 "They (ISTJ) like me."
    2:35 "I make sense to them somehow"
    This is what's called your 'golden pair'. The ISTJ and ESTP because your cognitive stack matches up perfectly.
    ISTJ ESTP
    Si Se
    Te Ti
    Fi Fe
    Ne Ni
    You both have sensing first, thinking second, feeling third and intuition fourth. On top of that they are the inverse version of each allowing for two different personalities to be able to interface with ease. No loss in translation so to speak.
    Types with this 1 to 1 combo can read each other like a book and have great compatibility.
    *Hint - it is the person who is your shadow self. ie. INFJ - ENFP or ISTP - ESTJ etc.

    I think if ESTP's and INFJ's took the time to understand each other's motivations, weaknesses, and fears, they could be one of the most overlooked, underrated, and best compatible pairings there could be. This statement comes from both real-life experiences, and studying of the CF's. The adventurousness of an ESTP is strongly present in an INFJ. It sometimes takes an ESTP, or ENFP to bring it out. Conversely, the INFJ can serve as a good grounding element for an ESTP. As a team with a common goal, the sky is the limit.
    I saw one compatibility chart that didn't recommend any Sensors as a good type for an INFJ in romantic relationship, but I would say ISFJ's and ESTP's could be a great match for an INFJ. I have read that an ENFP is a mirrored type for INFJ because they have same functions, in the same order except one set is the introverted type, and the other the extraverted. It seems more to me that the ESTP and INFJ are the mirrored types. Literally, if you put a mirror to the right of NI FE TI SE, the reflection is SE TI FE NI. I don't know where the 5th through 8th functions stack up, but for the first four, ESTP/INFJ are literally "The mirrored pair." Perhaps this is that "magnetism" that your friend mentioned she had with INFJ's in action. I have also experienced it, but that was back before I knew about any of this.

    As an ENFP I loved the ENFP part of this! Honestly, it took some time get along with ESTPs because of my own immaturity, and because if ESTPs are the kings/queens of direct communication, the ENTP/ENFP are the kings/queens of indirect communication. So first of all I used to judge the heck out of people that didn't follow a particular moral standard and it would definitely have a "slippery" feel because I wouldnt be up front about it. I honestly hated the THOUGHT of being directly confrontational with anyone...which is interesting given that your estp friend had said that she was surprised when she learned that people don't say what they mean. I think it took a long while to figure out the opposite for me, that there wasnt a hidden message behind all communication LOL. I still feel like it makes us good readers of people since many people for many reasons will hide motives for their behavior, will lie, will try to pull one over on you, etc. So I feel like Im good at catching negative intentions and steering myself away from those people. However, when someone was so up front with their beliefs it just made me go berzerk and run away. Now I am a recovered (mature) ENFP and this personality stuff is helping me tweak my conversations based on people's preferred communication (E.g., whether i stick to my natural indirectness or switch to direct). I mean there are still times when I feel like if I disagree with an ESTP will they literally pummel me into the ground?? But the fear has subsided very significantly and I do have a good friend that's an ESTP now. I do admire your guyses fearlessness and your ability to read people as well. I think sometimes that's underestimated in the ESTP. If I want to hide something I have to be on my A game or I KNOW they will catch me or sense something is off.

To get an INTP or INTJ in your life means you fight to be in their life, that space is earn, not really given easily. Of course we will return our loyalty to our man. I hold no grudge, that experience make me grow as a person, so I am actually thankful to learn something. I've learned self-love. I think that experience also helps that INTP to grow a little, he does see his immaturity and hope that helps mature him up, he mentioned he is trying to do better which I think he is telling the truth. It is a win-win so that's what I'm going to concentrate on. Honestly...I think you should contact the INTJ lady you mentioned, friends or something more...you never know. INTJ male here and my view on ESTP females is that they are simply too compressed.
    What I mean by that is in my opinion ESTP females bottle up too many ideas and concepts into one small jar
    whereas INTJ gives themselves a bigger jar - ESTP feels like everything needs to be formulated and executed now! INTJ gives themselves more room to develop and plan before execution. You can clearly see where they would clash as romantic partners ESTP: “were getting old…so when are we ever going to make a baby?”
    INTJ: “We will, I’m still sorting out a few things. We’re only 30 years old”
    INTJs are a big jar to fill, that is why we come across as slow…and steady when we are still young but ounce we begin to gain momentum in the form of wisdom and age: we become ever so extremely precise and extremely confident - this is thanks to the fact that we give ourselves enough time to learn and to evolve.
    The main problem I’ve identified between ESTP and INTJ interaction is that ESTP thinks that INTJ is too afraid to step out of their zone and INTJ thinks ESTP is too negligent in their ways.
    In the long term though
    (I’m not being biased) let’s be honest INTJ has a better long term strategy.
    INTJ is very resourceful and very careful and I think ESTP wants to give herself over to an energy like that the problem is that in the long term she will have done so much that it’s enough to piss off the INTJ who will trade her in for someone he deems more pure.
    My advice to ESTP females seeking an INTJ partner = slow down, be genuine and be moral, think deeply about all angles.
    My advice to an INTJ male seeking a relationship with an ESTP female = you’re going to have to keep your eye on her and help her on her journey by nurturing her talent. (INTJ will hate having to monitor a grown human being).
    Thanks for reading!

    I'm an INTJ Female and my sister is an ESTP. I remember when we were younger (like I was 9-ish and she was 12-si) and we would fight ALL the TIME. Like it would get nasty. But then when I hit like 14-ish and she was 17-ish, we became the best of friends. I love her. She's inclusive and invites my antisocial ass out all the time (which I am SUPER grateful for), she's fun and positive and always looking for something to do, she has a great memory for things, and I can be my blunt and "mean" self with her since we both have T's. After spending 28 years with her, I finally "get" where she's coming from, but for the longest time I would be like "Omg, is she stupid or something?" (LOL) when in reality she would just throw herself into things without thinking (which would confuse me), rather than sitting and thinking it out before doing it (like I do). All in all, I do love her, but if she weren't my sister and we had to make an effort to hang out and talk, I prob wouldn't be best friends with her, just cause we approach things so differently. We'd both have to go outside of our natural comfort zone. But she IS my sister and I LOVE her, and I'm glad she's in my life :))

For me they are a flame that burns bright and goes out fast, I get along with them right away, but after we start to get to know each other better things change. In terms of socionics I get along with my own (beta) quadra types the best. Then it’s alpha quadra, then gamma, and deltas I hardly get along with long term at all. I’ve always wondered why I get along with the alpha quadra better than the gamma, they both have half my valued functions and not the other half.
