Because of listening and watching you, with what happened to me today, and I still can't believe this, remembering to become AWARE when I was in my crisis over an hour ago, I was able to start calming down and to not let it over-power me!!! - I believe you helped me remind myself not to be a victim of my own circumstance!!! So well explained! It’s like you said, it like you have multiple glasses in front of you. One pair makes you see The reality that you have The man you love. Take off those glasses, you see your self sad, etc etc right? The diffrent glasses represent all The diffrent states of reslities we can experience? Thats why sometimes you feel «wow that shifted fast» when people suddenly go from happy to mad or vice versa.
I’m putting on my «i am broke glasses» and expect to see abundence of money. Or i am putting on The glasses i use to see thing from a far, when i’m going to read up close. It does not work so well.

But because of some issues we had some fights and he refused to continue. But when he loved he loved me lot. And i left because of my mistake. Can i manifest him. Do loa will work here
What if your sp says you're not compatible, they've moved on from this, you're not their soul mate because they cannot connect and vibe with you and they are in a better happier place without you and that they deserve better? Currently blocked everywhere too. The situation is dire. Pleade advice

I've done (am doing this). I am (was always) slim bordering on skinny, and even with eating correctly and lifting weights I was never able to put on any muscle at all. A couple of weeks ago I decided to try manifesting myself muscular (aesthetic). I kid you not I am starting to get a very distinct noticable 'V' taper - she shape a man has when he has a slim waist, broad shoulders and chest, and wide latisimus doris (back muscles under the arms).
I personally stick to one scene for the sake of focus and clarity, but It's fine if you have a couple different scenes to play around with. The important thing to note is to persist in your scene(s) that implies you are living in the wish fulfilled *_until_* you feel that satisfaction & that _knowing_ that it is done. You'll feel that confidence and a wave of satisfaction will wash over you. That's how you know it's been impressed, and you'll know it when you feel it. After that, you can drop it and go about your days. It's already done 😊 hope that helps! ❤
