    Could you please give a specific example of approximate costs for buying/owning/leasing:
    Second hand property (flat) in Andalusia region
    Purchase price (for better calculation) 100.000 €
    European CZ citizenship
    Using for our own stay max 4 months a year
    The rest of the year rented for under approx 10.000 a year

    For rental income, how would an EU passport holder who lives in the UK be taxed? For example, a French person living in the UK.

      @@emergentinvestors and you guys are mortgage brokers? you find people mortgage deals? I'm considering getting a property in Spain, but in another region, for short or long term rentals, and for me to enjoy it also if opportune.

      @@AmeyBrunel Yes, the mortgage brokerage service is included in our fee. We do not provide this service separately though.
      We also manage short term & seasonal term rental properties on Airbnb, Booking.com... but only in Valencia & Alicante provinces.

    Great places to live but very bad political environment
    Not easy to become rich
