+USA Hardcore Fan Great crowd and as a proud St. Louisan I'm glad we showed that we care so much about the USMNT for a game with not whole lot of meaning to be honest... However the USMNT fans didn't do a good job of applauding in certain circumstances. For instance they never applauded when we got the ball out of tight, uncomfortable areas or make nice, cross field passes. Fans in Europe do that because they know it took effort from the players.
not just Mexicans, the whole world. all the way up till last year is when soccer did not have as much supporters as the other sports in the U.S.A. So don't say just Mexicans.
+Emper0rH0rde Why did FIFA approve the baseball pitch to host the game? Shouldn't qualifying WC matches be played in proper soccer stadiums and pitches?
Daniel Roa But yeah. One of the F's stands for *football*. Football should be played in *football stadiums*. Most gridiron football stadiums are an acceptable compromise, since the field is, after all, *rectangular*. In baseball stadiums, they literally shove the football pitch in the corner, miles away from half the seats.
+Pratik Nyaupane Ian is awesome. Miss the days when he and Macha would do EPL games on ESPN, well they still do some games for BT Sport in England. However my favorite commentator duo is Martin Tyler and Stuart Robson.
Jozy and Zardes have really good chemistry. I love how they connect. Johnson was the best player. Those 3 need to be in top form against T&T. Was glad to see Nagbe, Miazga, and Morris getting some time. Would like to see more from them.
I'm hoping Nagbe starts next match. SVG is basically a college team. TnT will be much tougher and will press a lot. US cannot have two players on the field with a rough first touch. Nagbe keeps the ball very well under a lot of pressure. Jurgen needs to give him a start to give US the best chance of getting a result at Port of Spain.
I was thinking Zardes honestly. I know Timbers have been having Nagbe in the CM for past month or so but I think he could create a lot more chances than Gyasi can. Having him and Johnson on the wings could create a ton of chances for U.S
We played well. Definitely had a rough start, but as the game went on we controlled the game more and more. Fabian needs to be our left mid, we gotta find a solid and consistent back four, that's our main weakness. Good to see Jozy getting a few goals too
+Jonny Appleseed he's still young and really that was on cameron. can't lose the ball in that part of the field. don't forget how yedlin played in the world cup coming off of the bench
STAMINA FULL, STRONG FULL AND POWERFUL GAME......... MOSTLY PARTICIPANTS IS SKILLFUL, TECHNICAL FULL, STAMINA FULL, DRIBBLING FULL, PRACTICE FULL, STRONG FULL AND POWERFUL.......................... BUT SOME ONCE IS EXTRAORDINARY AND SOME ONCE IS WONDERFUL .............. ON THE HOL, WINER IS WINER.......
USA definitely is getting better in being more assertive in possesion, but what pisses me off time and time again is how the back 4 just gets absolutely embarrassed by long balls when it shouldn't be happening. There's always going to be a chance for other teams if they catch them sleeping.
The 2022 World Cup starts in November because it would be too hot for Qatar to host in the summer (they shouldn't be hosting at all but that's another discussion). Also, CONCACAF have just announced the new formula for WCQ. The top 6 ranked teams (as determined by FIFA) will enter the Hex, with the top 3 going straight to Qatar (important note: 5th and 6th place are eliminated here, we'll get to 4th place later). Meanwhile, the other 29 FIFA-eligible CONCACAF nations will be split into 5 groups of 4 and 3 groups of 3 for a home and away round robin. The 8 group winners will then advance to a knockout tournament, consisting of two-legged ties, where the winner will face the 4th place team in the Hex for a spot in the inter-confederation playoffs (couldn't find the match format, I'm assuming it will be two-legged), where they will then face a randomly selected team from Oceania, Asia, or South America, again in a two-legged tie, with the winner advancing to Qatar. What this means for the US is that they will have one less round of qualifying and will advance to the Hex straightaway as a result of being the second-best team in CONCACAF. Hope I explained that well enough.
@@ryansmith1044 Well I read up on that new format before you replied and I already knew how it worked. However, I Don't understand why qualifying doesn't start this year
@@JdDiehl Int'l breaks for the remainder of 2019 are reserved for the new CONCACAF Nations League. Also this match was part of the now-defunct 4th round. 2018's Hex did not start until Nov. 2016, while 2022's Hex will start in Sept. 2020, 2 months earlier than 2018's Hex.
0:48 LOLOLOLO I think that was the doctor on there team..and judging by that scream I think he found the cure for there horrible team perfromances....oh wait.
USMNT fans multiply and improves a million times each year but their players sucks. Honestly, US women national team has better soccer skill in women's world than the US Men national team has in men's soccer. USWNT are more reliable and dependable than the USMNT. The USWNT has the believe while the USMNT were hopeful which always turn to hopeless in a crucial matches. They never grew up, They have more supporters both home and abroad than any other country in the soccer world but all to avail. Thanks to US Women national team who rules the entire world in women's soccer.
It's because the U.S. is a cesspool of feminism, so they made a law called title IX which mandates that equal money be spent on college men and women's sports. So basically every school with a football (handegg) team has a better woman's soccer program.
+charles king Lol please. Look at the national team 10 years ago compared to today. We have lots of players in the top leagues of Europe both on the senior team and in the reserves. The US is getting much better.
TheDinomite360 We have players that are starters in the EPL, Bundesliga, and Ligue 1 and tons of youth talents in the academies of teams such as Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund, Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid, Tottenham Hotspur, Fiorentina, Liverpool, Arsenal, Borussia Mönchengladbach, etc. just to name a few. Do you even pay attention to US soccer? Even Mexico fans know we have players playing in Europe
+John Marston you do realize that most if not all of those teams hardly use their youth systems and just buy world class players, and how do we know those players won't suffer the same fate as the famous Freddy Adu, not saying they won't be great but this is what usually happens
Well his defense have to close the fucking players in but don't so it's not his fault and he has the right to look pissed I'm a goalie and if my defense doesn't cover the player I scream I say fuck and close him down stuff like that and if they don't I look pissed
Those players aren't real players they jus do it for like a one time thing they not very devoted ......I don't think they train as a team to pass the ball around while moving.......can't believe how they got so cocky 1 goal and they doing fancy foot slide boyahs fk me ah see ya
one of the very few games where USA completely controlled the opposing team in: possession, passing and shots on goal. I wish USA played with this much confidence every game; However, they did it against a shit team can't give them much credit for this game. FFS I didn't even know that the other team was even a country.
"...Altidore naked on the back post."
+Bryan J. Picture that
Funny how Mexicans say our supporters are horrible... And yet we completely sold out a baseball stadium with about 43K capacity.
i was there and it was an amazing atmosphere

Did you guys seriously just write, "Jeff Cameron"? C'mon.... it's "Geoff".
+Eggnogga just noticed that lmao thats sad on our part.
Eggnogga True
My name is Jeff
Fabian Johnson as a left mid. Yes please. He did a good job
I have a dream that one day in America, no football/soccer/calcio match will ever be played in a baseball stadium ever again.
Same.
+Emper0rH0rde Why did FIFA approve the baseball pitch to host the game? Shouldn't qualifying WC matches be played in proper soccer stadiums and pitches?
Daniel Roa You mean CONCACAF?
CONCACAF, FIFA... You could answer the question, either way.

Good performance. Fearlessness is the key to a successful soccer team.
Back when you didn’t need a subscription to watch your own country play
This was a fantastic game, love me some soccer in the STL. I can't wait for the USMNT to come back.

dat feel when watching football with 60fps
but i hope you guys upload the full highlights faster
already seen this highlights on footyroom
5:56 goalkeeper 😂😂 I really feel bad for him
Throw back to when I had faith in Jurgen
That's what we need from Altidore, holding up the ball up front. A scare in the beginning but we showed class soon after. Up and forward from here!
+Jonny Appleseed #truthhurts
Waiting for that El Tri guy to troll us again.
He will be here soon. Expect him. He is coming. 😂
Oh, you mean that 10 year old? Lmao nigga said "USGAY" poor kid lol
+TechWithKEM Lets get his IP address so we can get him deported.
American for you dude
I think he already commented... FUCK.
I like that st louis Crowd, Very Patriotic. We should Have more Games in Seattle, Portland, St Louis, Atlanta, Kansas City And Boston.
Jozy finally had a good game. Gyasi Zardes had a great goal and it's only a matter of time before he goes over seas.
Not with that first touch.
This ballpark is really good for Soccer games
Is it Jon Champion narrating the game?
Nope, it's Ian Darke.
I like just listening to Ian Darke try and pronounce "Missouri" and "Cardinals"
"Jeff Cameron".......................................
this team made usa look good✨
lmao it said jeff cameron
That's how you say it
geoff cameron
Yes but you could say it both ways Geoff or Jeff
Your actually supposed to say it Jeff
i meant the thing showing his name spelled it wrong
I feel bad for the saint Vincent and the grenadines goalkeeper
I feel same, especially on 5:56 😅

in place of Jones? he is not the stop-gap we are looking for at cdm

Wow you spelled Geoff Cameron wrong on the 4th goal
is the population comparison neccessary?
Did y'all really misspell Geoff?
I was laughing when they scored
"I believe that we will win!.. (did we win? Oh, okay good. phew) yeah!"
couldn't win against trinidad
@Yeet Yeet true but not the important game, which was the 2-1 defeat
Ahuevoooo ganamos dale usaaaaaaa

Y'all misspelled Geoff Cameron's name.
Sn Vicente is the 150 fifa rankings
It's Geoff not Jeff
They spelled Geoff Cameron's name wrong
heyyyy I was at this game
USA!! 🏆🇺🇸🏆
only better way to start qualifying would've been to actually get the shut out
going to be honest, I stopped watching the game after that first goal.
This video took entirely TOO long to be posted! This should have been up minuets after the game finished!

+SKA_16 at 6:30

los estadounidenses no gritan : GOOLLLLLL
that sad hopeless feeling you get when the U.S.A beats the shit out of S.V.G
We may not be that great in the open field although we are improving, but theirs no denying we are beast at set pieces.
+Daniel Ramey Not so much. Pretty good, but not beast. Helps to have athletic CB's and Altidore.
0:30 should have served as an omen for what was to come. Disgraceful.
Whete the fuck is saint vecente
Finally USA wins a match, it must be a miralce 😂😂😂
***** Nah, it's ok
+El Tri gtfo bitchhhhhh
Hey buddy! Have you matured yet!
Lol isn't it nice to see Mexicans looking for attention?
What what happens "El Tri Mierdas" doesn't have their channel?
SoCoolBro -2??? No, they're not even good to score one goal on us. And it was a WCQ match all teams play better in those kinds of matches.
Cuba?...then The Grenadines?....USA...HAS NOTHING IN SOCCER LOL!!!
So when Brazil plays Bolivia does that make Bolivia bad? When France plays Bosnia does that make France bad?
