It's more than 2 months since AIIMS was Inaugurated. No OPD still. Is AIIMS Jammu meant for interviews & virtual tours only ?

People of the state had high expectations but the administration seems to be sleeping. What will patients do of these lame interviews and tours. Shame on AIIMS
