Sounds like bad valve seals. Leaking through and spark plugs being full of oil. Check your fuel tables on the datalog. Look for lower numbers then the surrounding numbers (columns). Check your VTec solenoid and VTC gaskets. Possibly could be clogged with break in debris.
Hey Rish, a worthwhile check regarding the problems you have is to check the earth/ground wires between the engine & chassis. Quickly run a temporary ground from the motor to the negative battery terminal. Keep at it man.
Just dropped a k24a2 in my 8th gen, went through some hills sorting a few issues. You'll get through all of yours. The homie Gerb came to AZ, and he got some footage of it too. GL bro hoping yours stays solid after jumping through flaming hoops. /flex
Very curious to see what the issue is,Rish your narrowing everything else out so I'm kinda leaning towards your valves/ valve seals being the problem. Super shitty if it is, but like you said parts Can and Will come defective from the manufacturer from time to time...Keep pushing Rish,I'm here for this journey Brother!
Appreciate you! Trying my best to dumb it all down and not do the most lol, i know the motor itself is mechanically solid. After this i confirmed the valve seals being defective, took off my header and seen the oil build up and moisture
@@RishMedia yea,but hey you live and you learn...thats life...also sometimes I have that mindset where it's like well this is aftermarket so it's gotta be better than oem ,but I've also learned the hard way on some things that you just can't beat O.E ....anyways looking out for that next upload !
At the same problem with one of my cars not a TSX but it was misfiring and smoking ,it ended up being bad gas, might as well check your knock sensors make sure those are working good
Ive ran through all the older gas sitting already and filled up 2-3 different times, knock sensor would be throwing off codes. Ive dealt with a bad knock sensor on my previous tsx and was a whole different feeling
Clean ur vtec solenoid and the oil pressure switch i think it is called. They both have a little filter and if it gets clogged up, it won’t let u hit vtec
Stay with it bro. Could be valves not seating right causing the misfire, could be the excessive oil burning. As far as that's concerned it could be something as simple as the valve cover plug gaskets not seated correctly letting oil leak by and fouling the plug under hard acceleration. Happened to me once in a 2002 VW Beetle 1.8 Turbo. Good luck bro. Hope to see you tearing up the Florida streets soon.
Didn’t really say in the video but afterwards i took my headers off checked the runners and see oil build up/moisture so conclusion seems like defective valve seals.
So my 04 tsx is almost stock just skunk exhaust & injen CAI but i wanted to change the spark plugs to the ones you put on on this car but i dont know if you have to do anything else after installing different injectors ?
I believe youd have to atleast have a reflash done to accommodate for RDX injectors if you go more i think youd have to have flashpro to set what your injector cc is so the computers accommodate. Not 100% but i feel like it wouldn’t run completely proper without a tune/reflash. Probably be to rich.
Good to know you found it . If you are trying not to remove the head do this ….. remove valve cover , time it to TDC , remove complete valve train , apply air to the cylinder and remove seals and re install.

What would this help and check? Sorry just not really sure, i did install new ktuned ground wires and everything gave power right away

What Adapters you get for your Injectors? Rywire OBD2 to RDX?
They’re from kmracing on ebay
I think your 2 step turn when you hit 4,000 to 5,000 rpm so try turning 2 step off and see if that help
Shouldn’t be happening while driving and after a whole custom
Tune
Gonna be doing a custom exhaust on my TSX soon, love seeing the progress on your car bro

When and where did you purchase hope you didnt put them in yet save yourself! 😂
EBay about a year ago
@@k24in31 yupp same here ebay lol and they’re bad already. Idk why i bought from ebay to begin with and not oem
What fuel pump you running?
Its still the stock fuel pump, gotta get changed once you mess with boost
You probably have in correct piston ring gap, or your valve seals are leaking .
Its my junk supertech valve seals i bought.. checked my runners of my exhaust side and theres oil moisture and build up already.
Good to know you found it . If you are trying not to remove the head do this ….. remove valve cover , time it to TDC , remove complete valve train , apply air to the cylinder and remove seals and re install.
Still with OEM VALVE SEALS. They should cost you about $27 bucks

@@RishMedia okay . Luckily you have a engine builder . I’m a builder myself and own a turbo time attack tsx!
Hey mate is it smoking on idle after warm up
Yeah I think after its warmed up for a little but its more when im decelerating while driving or coming to a stop
That’s weird have you tried to adjust your rocker arms maybe little loose or too tight
Listening to the end of your video . Your compression rings may be good but your oil rings may not be . I would pull the motor out and check that !
Everything was gapped correctly, dont believe its the pistons rings at this point.
Do a cylinder leak down test rish. To confirm it’s not your rings
@@soniq291 a compression test already did that, i dont see a leak down telling me much more
It’s worth a try as it will be more accurate. Compressor rings may be good but the oil rings could be the problem.
Are you still running the CT shortshifter from heeltoe?
I am not, dont really like the thing tbh.. its another reason as to why i money shifted finding 5th was hella weird.

When it comes to compression you have to factor age of engine and stuff but your never gonna have perfect compression
