Try making things simple. This will take a lot of unnecessary time. Besides white deera and cumin seeds taste good in Basan ki roti not aalo ke parathay. Best thing is to mix all ingredients in potatoes. Potatoes should be boiled with skin. Once boiled remove skin. This way you won't waste the nutrients.
