Differences with the final song:
Mostly minor lyrical changes, with the use of "gonna" instead of "here to" [have a party tonight].
The biggest lyrical change is the line "Like it's twenty-two hundred and two", which is completely different from the original line ("So let's think of something fun to do"). I'm not sure what the actual intention of this line was.
The line "no oen said it is a crime" is sung higher with a different melody than the final song.
The harmonic backings in the final repeat of the chorus are more obvious than in the final song.
