sir please do another give away of python course && do make a python series for solving CTF's through python scripting like making own scripting for CTF's sir please its a request. Thanks for your valuable lessons.
Note that this only works if you're SSH'd into the router, which is disabled by default in 99% of cases in networking gear, because it's usually a managed device. Thus, it must be done with physical access to the device.
It doesnt work with older systems, and it also isnt as universal - FreeBSD and OpenSUSE would be the standouts i believe that probably dont support it. I could be wrong though.
@@tetrahedrontri yup! you need "net-tools" in your system. which is pre-intalled in pretty much every single "debian" based distro, which means it'll work in kali everytime, and it's also a dependency for many tools like aircrack suite, ofc you'll wont be able to use "ifconfig" in something like arch, cuz it's not pre-installed in arch,
@bladman9700 most routers arent debian based though. They're usually cisco unix or another low level networking specific OS like DumaOS, so again, it's very incompatible with the types of devices the video is targeting.
Hey david i have a question if the port security is implemented on the switch with the confuguration that if any unknown device got connected then the switchport will going to shut. So if i put my network interface card in monitor mode then i try to connect with switch then switchport will still going to shut?
Kinda low key malicious eh? What is the genuine practicality of this if you don't have a mobile base? Why would you do this to your neighbors? Violation of white hat ethics.

You need to root your phone. Termux doesn't have the kernel installed and cannot communicate with the wi-fi adapter.
