I’ve run into old man facelings and they are very docile, and as they are blind they simply feel you to see what species you are. The ones I’ve met have never been too weird, and if I get uncomfortable I just walk away. Probably one of the easiest entities to “escape.”
I have a wired hypothosis that some entities can be killed like hounds and death moths like this could have organ systems and you could just shoot it. when it comes to death moths there moths just light them on fire. Edit: now that i think about it most entities can be killed by lighting them on fire

The footage for the hound is just footage where a few guys were exploring a abandoned mental hospital (something like that) and when they came where they saw the "hound" they were actually chased by a crazy person (the footage originated from canada btw)
The video of the hound is a video of some urban explorers in a shut old mental hospital, and this guy pops up an frightens em. I think its a old patient and this was the only place he knew or felt safe so he came back. Lots of mentally ill folks where just put out on the street when these places closed.

Technically the concrete man can appear on various levels such as level 666. As long as the explorer has some kind of connection to him that meets the conditions of the certain levels, he can appear.
