Dr gave docmycin inj in iv for 7 day then after they diagnosed heart worm and they sad me it normal now but give doxycycline 100mg tab for remaining for 21 day , but my dog is not eating properly

Not necessarily, any past history of tick infestation? Maybe in last 45 days? If yes then it could be.
Give him paracetamol tablet if he an adult. Followed by melobest 2.5mg tablet. Do a blood test for hemoprotozoa detection, if result comes positive start doxicycline 100mg per 10kg body weight with liv 52 tablet. You can go for veterinary doxypet or human Doxt XL. But sir ye khana toh kha rhi hai , vomiting bhi nhi hui hai but fever chadhta utarta rehta hai .. ise phle bhi ek baar fever hu tha per 103 tak tha tab bhi doc ne injection lagya tha or ye thik ho gyi thi but ab months k baad fir ho gya hai or phle se khatarnak hai...... What is the length of the course of previous medications would like to know. If it's less than a month then this type of recurring infections may happen. Also you need to disinfect your household with butox solutions so that those tick should not spread family around your pet. Use tick preventative measures like fipronil spray and tick collars.

See if blood test is negative then doxicycline wont work, there might be other type of infections with your pet. Yes you should start saline drip with intasef Tazo Pet injection IV. Dosage will be 20mg per body kg weight for 3-5 days. I trust this will work and your pet will be fine.. Thanks.
HAPPYPET sir levofloxacin 250 mg per day would work since I completed 5 days dose of promicef I am thinking of giving her 5 more days of levofloxacin and sir she shivers while standing I consulted a vet he said it is rickets and is curable and giving her vitamin d3 once a week and genetically improved calcium

Overall blood counts and immunity will be low post recovery of tick fever. Advice you to check CBC. If hemoglobin and platelets are low specific medication need to start immediately.
