I'm back with an In Flames cover! Just a quick one to spend the weekend.
Dialogue with the Stars was part of the album "Whoracle" from 1997, easily my favourite track from this album. I always wanted to cover this song, never found the time though.
No tab this time, internet is plenty of them :)

Hands down, the best Dialogue with the Stars cover on TH-cam! These palm mutes in 0:06 make a great addition to the melody. I also like the fact that both lead guitars are equally balanced in stereo channels (which is not the case in the original).
I'd love to hear it without the background track. Did you consider using MIDI for bass and drums?

So far the only cover that got everything right, but that needless bend at 2:36 really ruins it.

Thanks for watching and for the feedback! I agree with you on the bend, but I didn't want to record the whole song again, and I'm not open to introduce cuts to remove mistakes or post production corrections. What I play is what you hear, in a single take.
