Honda Ruckus - Front Frame Cover and Rear Set Install from FLP Parts

- Over the holidays, I picked up some parts from FLP Parts when they had a sale. I purchased Rear Sets, a front frame cover, hub cap, frame caps, and a key cover. In this video I will be installing the rear sets and the front frame cover since I ordered them already powder coated. The hub cap, frame caps, and key cover need to be anodized, and then they can be installed. Keep an eye out for that video in the near future.

Bike looks amazing. I realized I have the flp front after about 3 months, my bike had so many upgrades it was like a game trying to figure out what they were and how much the original owner paid for them lol. That damn FLP gas cap though, I think it was painted by original owner and its caused me so many headaches, def not venting properly. Great Vid!
Thanks, Carl O! You were mentioning the gas cap vent on one of Matt's lives a few weeks ago, didn't you? That may suck clearing out that vent if it was painted previously! Maybe a tiny drill bit could clear it out.
Very cool! Was there any issue with clearance on the grom fender and the bolt for the frame cover?
Oh, I should have shown that, sorry. With the suspension unloaded, the Grom fender cleared the cover by just over about 1/4". So under normal conditions, it may rub a little bit. If it does, I'll have to figure out something to do about it.
Quick question when you to put the rear bracket for the pegs did you washer behind the bushing
I did not put a washer there. If I would have had some sized for there I would have though.

Will these Rearsets work on a ncy 6.5 stretch swing arm
I do not have any experience with that NCY part, so I can not answer with 100% certainty, but as long as the holes in the frame are not blocked, then the rear sets should work.
how did u make 'um so low? i got the gen 5 and i wanna make it low too.
We are running low down shock on both the front and the rear.

@@gimzgomez5195 When you say Gen 5, I am assuming you are talking about an Icebear or something, right? If so, I do not know if these parts I have on my Ruckus will fit. I have never worked on any Chuckus's. Either way, here are the links for the front and rear parts I ordered:
