Harry is SO FINE! He is such a beautiful man. i just finished watching "Copycat" and i couldn't get this song out of my head. He's even sexy and charming when portraying a crazed serial killer. Not a lot of men can pull that off.
The horn work on this tune is fantastic. My high school band instructor introduced me to this tune when I was super into playing trumpet (he was a great trumpeter). I can still see him prepping me to listen for that first lick about 8 bars in with the stereo turned up.
This video says David Fincher all over..! Early 90's Noirish flair a-la George Michael's "Freedom '90". Ah, what a sweet memory of times in Music & Art! 🥰😍🥰
Yes, this is very artsy. Also very good with the styling of the era. Like u said. Artsy. Classic things like the dancing and ceiling fans and the janitors thing... So hot!
love the playfulness of him and Jill at about 3:50 onward. such chemistry. love HCJ!! Blessed to have been able to see him once in North Carolina. Here's hoping for another shot someday!!
I wanna know how they timed Harry closing the map and it hitting the floor RIGHT on the beat. HE can do his part on time but they have NO control over it falling on cue. Amazing!
Classic & timeless & priceless=] Major props to HC for never losing his nawleans roots, accent, draw, and southern charm=] IDK if this song is political and blue and red have been so heavily politicized since that model was created by CNN news 20 years ago to simplify politics for the masses. Are there not shades of light blue and pink or even "purple" for those able to see across party lines and not engage in "horsetrading"? Many say that Harry Connick Junior was the "songbird" of our generation long before Michael Buble and Pavoratti=]
I have this CD with this song on it, I found it at Goodwill store, last month, there having a tone of DVDs and CDs so went over there and check these things out.
This album and tour had one of the best big bands ever assembled. He still plays with a lot of very talented musicians but this group was magical. Also, I really hate nearly all of his video edits (not the videos themselves) because so much of these great songs get chopped out for time.
You're kidding right? Jack White couldn't hold HCJ's jockstrap! There is only one version of HCJ's Blue Light, Red Light (Someone's There) and this is it.

Amazing songwriting, amazing arrangement and orchestration -- amazing performances. This song and album was hugely influential on my personally.
Underated artist. He deserves more accolades and recognition.
Harry could recite the alphabet backwards in Mandarin and it'd still be a hit !
Yes. I am a fan.

Still one of my favorite albums. I saw him on tour when this album came out and he's just as powerful and charismatic live!
His arrangements are always superb! And vocals genius.
My ALL-TIME HCJ Favorite and one of my favorite songs ever done in Drum & Bugle Corps. The 1992 Blue Devils KILLED it!
I didn't know they did it lol, I'm excited to see it

This is amazing. It's so rare for an artist today to make an artsy video.

Jazz com Harry Connick é muito bom.

kariwattsuup yes she was one of the original Victoria Secret models. Her name is Jill Goodacre and they are still married by the way.

Boss
Is there sheet music for this and what are those notes that trumpet is hitting?
It’s a trumpet high D, concert high C.
The highest note is actually a double D... 3 of em.
@@otmq I’m pretty sure roger Ingram plays lead trumpet on this
Not now. Check out her crow's feet!
Just remember, Buble isn't a total fraud! You won't find any nepotism with Michael!
TOM PIPPS . FOAM - BATON ROUGE LOUISIANA USA . HI HELLO
@htm13 triple lol
Trumpets play too high :)
Cowboy bebop
Jack played it better /V(O~O)V\
Because it's Jack White
You're kidding right? Jack White couldn't hold HCJ's jockstrap! There is only one version of HCJ's Blue Light, Red Light (Someone's There) and this is it.
Probably the most irritating song ever created.
