I would highly recommend reise tour R tyres. I was sceptical about it at first but after crossing kunzum pass on it I was pleasantly surprised by the grip it provided and it's performance on the asphalt.
Please don't call Sir. New height of tyre is 130x80%=104mm , which is 8MM less than the stock. Now more the weight will come into the back tyres which can affect the steering and rider control also the air volume is reduced which can reduce the level of shock absorption. Since the width is less the weight per square inches will increase and can create more heat and the tyre life can affect adversely. Leaning angle will reduce that is a positive side. But I will not recommend. I have done a dedicated video on impact of change in specs of tyre you can watch if you interested. Thanks

True. Reise moto has made their market.
Why are you fitting a Versys 650 tyre on a 450? Both are meant for different classes.
Oh! It's just a thumbnail pic nothing to do with the Himalayan 450. I have installed Dunlop Harley Davidson K95 Tyre.
Hello Sir, what if I downsize to say a 130/80 r17 from the stock 140/80 r17, will there be any difference? Also any pros/cons?
