Settings > grapics > scroll down to exentended texture budget and pull it up

Check you files ,did it ever load correctly.If no errors pop up you may have an encrypted file that stops it from loading.i have seen this and it stumped everyone all it was a file that the guy didn't pay for it came from somewhere leaked.Not saying this is the case but I would start there.

You have your ensure probably in the wrong place or you didnt put it in a folder you just stuck it in resources and ensured it most likely
