Very simple answer for this those 20 percent whose gems didnt work is becuz they bought the cheap ones super heated and treated not govt. Lab tested no shudhikaran by worshippihing not wore them on shubh muhurat having so many reshaas in stones.....gemstones do work guys believe me.....gemstones are required when your body has lack of colour it could yellow or any other so gemstones deliever those colours as cosmic rays and keep you more productive as if one feels lazy he may have recommended emerald whereby mercury would be debilitated...... And astrology isnt micky mouse ....its a sign if yoy dony believe in these then wear the enemy planets stones and see the results....the donations one is doing for the planet doesnt work spontaniously thus stones are worn so the rays could have entered in body 24/7 .......seee amitabh bacchan, ajay devgan and other celebrities.....what not they have acquired in their life apparently they cant be foolish

PURNIMA GANDHI In general, one should be able to begin noticing effect of yellow sapphire (Pukhraj) in 3-4 weeks. It may be less or more depending on your overall planetary position and quality of the gem. A Jyotish quality yellow sapphire starts from around INR 20-25k per carat.

Amethyst is also a gem for Saturn but works relatively slowly and the intensity of results is much lesser compared to Neelam.
