Man, you and a couple of other guys are setting the bar for serious/cool/challenging drum youtube vids... Always looking forward for your new lessons! Cheers from Argentina!

JulianFernandez Thanks for the kind words! Who else do you like checking out? I've publicly shouted out Orlando Drummer, One Up Drum Vids (who needs a kindly nudge to make more videos cause they're awesome;), a dude named Dean who makes super short and sweet transcription lessons, the Drum House guys, and...can't remember the name of the channel but it's these two dudes who do drums and sketch comedy - they did a lesson about Tony Royster last year that was killing.

The 80/20 Drummer One Up is really cool, Drum House had awesome guests. Steve Holmes always delivers (familiar with HouseOfDrumming forums?), Max Sansalone -but it´s been a while since he posted anything new-, Quincy is good and JazzDrummersResources also... You have your own thing going on though, I like that... Keep at it, man! Cheers!

Thanks for your entertaining insight on drumming. My comment pertains to a previous lesson around Nasheet Waits. As a novice, I was unaware of this dude. After checking out a couple of his videos, I felt compelled to thank you for explaining his impact / style. Also, I'd like to know your take on a few artists / drummers I've been impressed with 1. Dafnis Prieto. 2. Will Calhoun 3. Todd Sucherman. Peace.

SGDR I'd love to make that one! I've been a Chris fan for ages, obviously. Lately I've found that works best is to study a bunch of drummers and see what percolates up to the surface - for instance this Justin Tyson thing that arose organically while I was shedding and I realized it was from justin and would make a good lesson. I'm sure Chris will work his way in there soon. Oooor maybe I'll make a study of the 2-stick hi hat technique;P

Thank you for your thorough analysis on my recent hero J T. Your lessons is really helpful for the expansion of new age-gospel chops. Do you live on the east coast btw? I will probably travel there next year. I would love to hook up. Check out my soundcloud-account and tell me what you think. soundcloud.com/magnuswigger-wiege I'm from Sweden btw. I'm looking forward for more incredible lessons, it's extremely helpful for the drum community worldwide. Peace n love from Stockholm:)
