Very nice presentation. I am American, but I studied IR in Europe. It is kind of tragic really that it took until the mid-90s for IR to really surface in the mainstream in America.
There will be virtually nothing about voting and social preference aggregation. We will take states' preferences as a given and work with them on the international stage. You might be more interested in comparative politics, which is more geared toward what you are talking about.

I had to choose between sociology psychology and IR and although all these help people I feel like doing IR would be bigger... correct me if I’m wrong... please help cause people are telling me it’s quite difficult
@@PunmasterSTP I am so sorry for replying this late I honestly didn’t see the notification till now. I have pursued IR. If I am to be honest it’s challenging and it’s a lot of reading and I’m not really a fan of that. But I’m two years in so I guess you can say I’m doing just fine . Every degree is hard if you think about it, anyways IR has its good days, you learn about war, countries, treaties they’ve signed, law, economics, human rights, all sorts of stuff. That’s one thing I like about it, it has a variety of fields and I guess I didn’t want to be stuck learning about just one thing like psychology or sociology.

I've made a habit of late to reply to old comments and see how people might be doing, and I know I'm never owed any kind of response. I think I understand about your degree and being two years in, and I'm sorry there's been that aspect to your (and my) studies. Hopefully there's some light at the end of the tunnel, and you can find a career that's rewarding and fun!

What are the prerequisites of this course? I guess it's required to have studied basic Game Theory, but is there any other courses that are required?
I teach all of the game theory techniques as the course progresses. You can start watching immediately and it will be fine.
