I love Vovinam. This martial arts moves that are diverse, Can defend themselves and attack very useful. Vovinam is no need to learn a martial art anymore. For full Vovinam moves of the martial world famous. That is the essence of the Vietnamese martial art that drawing from thousands of years against foreign invaders. My whole family did Vovinam Vietvodao in South Vietnam in the 60s-70s, my only problem with it is that it claims to be a traditional vietnamese style, which it isnt...It is a mix of southern kung fu styles brought to vietnam by chinese immigrants. The names of the forms and the techniques gave that hint away.
The only real Vietnamese styles for sure are Vo Vat wrestling of northern Vietnam area, and Votudo which fits in with the native kickboxing styles of South East Asia...

The last second does not affect, for your opinion can wrap your leg before you throw him, or even you throw him like that, you lock nothing because your opinion on top and free two hands.
The last one is terrible, when you wrap your opinion and have a good stand, and dig to the ground why you have to waste your time and balance to jump like that. Your opinion just use knee techniques or stand and hook punch your back that has almost power cuz when you jump, you let your opinion free in second.
