You did such a great job of arranging an awkward space. Such a perfect placement for the couch, and I really love that you highlighted the wall height with that beautiful black accent wall.
Hello, I turned to YT for some inspiration for a 1 bedroom home recently moved to, and this popped up which has my colour scheme. Have my furniture, however struggling to style what I have. You have certainly given a new prospective on what accessories may work in my space, really appreciate your video. Looking forward to familiarising myself to your body of content for more tips and vision.
Hi!!! I’m am currently trying to start an interior design business from the ground up. I live in The Colony Texas. Do you have any tips on getting started on TH-cam as far as creating videos and content.
Gorgeous!! What was her budget? Im an interior designer and am coming across clients that have very small budgets but want a lot done. Have you experienced this as well?
Hi! I know you didnt ask me but i figured I would off my little two cents lol. I’m an interior stylist too and I’m also finding people with smaller budgets, what i do is set expectations of how far their budget can get them. I also find out if they are into vintage items that you can diy to achieve the look. Also, amazon, Wayfair and home goods are helpful you personally will just have to check the quality. But a lot can be accomplished for a little! Hope that helps
@@mybougiefarmhouse Hey hun! Thanks for your input. I need someone to tell me a ballpark starting price range for budget. I understand bargain hunting etc. But after the budget is met there still needs to be compensation for the time and effort to brainstorm, research, shop, put the spaces together etc etc. I just wanted to confirmation I'm not being unreasonable in my expectations. I guess my question to you would be, "what is the cheapest budget a client has settled on, that you had to work with and how much were you compensated for that project?"
@@1missshay92 honestly the lowest you should charge is about $75 an hour. Most designers/decorators are $125+ an hour. In the beginning you May take lower jobs for your portfolio but I suggest increasing your rate every job until you reach $125 an hour.
