Azure Managed Instance Monitoring and Performance Tuning

Hi Vamsy, recently we have experienced one issue with our SQL MI.
Issue: The connection to the DB is getting lost from time to time, and the issue is intermittent.
Error Message: SQL ServerException: The connection is closed.
When we run some query directly on Managed instance giving result in 1 sec for 18k records, but the same query running from application side taking 20 sec time and some times losing connection.
if any idea please help to share here...thank you
